Gifts and baskets
What is inside a gift basket?
Each basket page lists every piece with a number, and the same numbers sit on the photo of the open box. A Hello Box has 4 pieces, a Welcome Box 7, a Gallery Box 9 and a Grand Opening Box 11, all in one print, plus a blank cream card.
Can I choose the pieces myself?
Yes. On Build a box you pick one swaddle set, one hat or mitts, and one sock trio, from any print. They are priced as sold alone and travel together in one box.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. At checkout there is a gift note field (up to 200 characters). We add it to the cream card in the box. Prices are never included in the parcel.
Can I send the gift straight to the new parents?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the delivery address. Order and tracking emails go to you.
Which size should I choose?
For a baby who is not born yet, or is between sizes, choose 3–6 months. See the Size Guide.
The products
What are they made of?
Swaddles and burp cloths are muslin, an open, soft weave. Hats and mitts are stretch jersey and the socks are knitted. The exact fibre composition is on each sewn-in label; email us and we will send it to you before you order.
Are the swaddles safe for sleep?
We do not make sleep claims. Our muslins are for use while your baby is awake and supervised, for cuddles, feeds and play. They are not bedding. Follow your national safe-sleep guidance.
Is anything sewn on that could come loose?
No. There are no bows, buttons, beads, pompoms, cords or ties. Bibs close with snaps set into the fabric. Please check each piece before use and stop using anything that is damaged.
Why black and white?
Bold contrast is what newborns pick out first, so we drew every print in black and white with one cream dot. It is a design choice; we do not claim any developmental benefit.
How do I wash them?
Follow the care label on each piece and wash before first use.
Orders, payment and delivery
Which currencies can I pay in?
US dollars, British pounds, euros, Danish kroner and Swedish kronor. The currency follows your delivery country and is shown with its code next to every price. You can switch it with the language and currency button.
How can I pay?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment provider, and your statement shows ZENQAROO.
Do you have discount codes or sales?
No. We keep one clear price for everything.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
One flat rate per order: 10 USD, 8 GBP, 9 EUR, 69 DKK or 99 SEK. We dispatch within 1–3 working days; delivery times by country are on the Shipping page.
Can I return a gift?
Yes: unused pieces within 30 days, and in the EU and UK you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds go to the person who paid. See Returns & Refunds.
